Autointoxification – What is it?

The process of self-poisoning ourselves, every minute of every day, through the retained toxins in our colons. That puffiness, that extra weight, that distended abdomen, that feeling of sluggishness; that is part of autointoxification.

A healthy adult colon weights approximately 4 to 5 pounds. There have been autopsies of ‘mega-colon’ that have recorded an incredible amount of up to 60 pounds of retained fecal matter. The ‘beer belly look’ is actually retained fecal matter not beer.

How often? How long? How much is enough?

With our combined 30 years of colon therapist experience, we have realized that there are unfathomable amounts of accumulated fecal matter retained inside each one of us. Even as a vegetarian over the last 2 years, with my personal experience of almost daily treatments, I am still seeing unimaginable amounts of old fecal matter elimination.
