choice/decision confusion'. By simply choosing "cleaning and
feeding the body" we take away much of the guess work.
Accepting that your health is a matter of choice is one of the most powerful steps you can take towards reclaiming your health!

Your level of joy, attitudes, emotions and yes, your level of beauty, are all largely determined by the food you choose to eat. The old adage "You are what you eat" holds true; much more than most people care to realize.
